BENEFITS
This solution delivers a suite of profitable and valuable benefits that address economic, environmental and agricultural concerns as well as public health, social, cultural and emotional issues all over the World – in addition to increasing manyfold, the scale of landscape available for productive agriculture.
…..and it does so while creating accredited carbon offset that mitigates against global warming and claws back the adverse global effect of climate change.

A Better World addresses the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (of which there are 17) and while Greening the Earth was commissioned to address SDG No. 15 (Life on the Land) only, the economic, social, cultural, health, emotional and environmental benefits delivered by Greening the Earth address almost every one of these Sustainable Development Goals.
People
By partnering with Aboriginal & rural Australians, together we apply drought and salinity afflicted marginal and under-performing landscape for valuable crops and grazing purposes to combat global famine and reverse climate change that deliver a host of new jobs and business opportunities for communities and people living in disadvantaged locations where sustenance is basic; employment opportunities are scarce and the consequential reliance on Government welfare systems is intense.
Planet
GLOBAL, NATIONAL & COMMUNITY
Our methodologies for SOC have been accepted by both Australia’s Clean Energy Regulator (CER) and the United Nations (UN) whereby our carbon capture methodology using C4 plant species for the creation and delivery of ACCUs, is based on creating around 20 tonnes of CO2e per hectare/per annum.
THE UN ESTIMATES THAT THE AUSTRALIAN NATIVE, OLD MAN SALTBUSH ONCE IT REACHES THREE YEARS OF AGE, CAN CONVERT APPROXIMATELY 15-20 TONNES OF CARBON DIOXIDE INTO SOC, ANNUALLY PER HECTARE.
Thus a 50,000 Ha plantation sown specifically for the purposes of Greening the Earth, will deliver the commercial benefits of 10 million fully accredited carbon credits (ACCUs) every 10 years, as well as delivering –
- A minimum of five fully operational manufacturing plants
- 250,000 tons/yr of saltbush plantations as harvested feedstock
- 120 new fulltime jobs for manufacturing and logistics
- 240 new seed nursery and cropping jobs;
- 140,000 t/yr of High Protein Powder (HPP)
- 190,000 t/yr of saltbush Livestock Pellets (SLP).
PROFIT
PROFIT – NOT COST
The advantage of Greening the Earth is its ability to convert the cost for emissions reduction into action that creates profits and generate substantial economic benefits in a addition to delivering a suite of additional environmental, social, public health, cultural and emotional net gains in the process.
Greening the Earth research includes integrating drought and salt resistant species for rotational grazing, harvesting and food processing using proprietary milling techniques – as well as the creation of bio-energy and flavonoids from halophyte species used as anti-oxidants for the wellness and pharmaceutical industries.
This application is just one of a number of profit centres arising from Greening the Earth as a plantation of 50,000 ha increases land productivity from improved grazing, increased stock numbers, improved farmland values and milling feedstock for high protein powder for human consumption and the production of highly nutritious feed pellets for all forms of animals and fish.
ADDITIONAL PROFIT CENTRES
Over time, additional profit centres may be created by:
- The construction and operation of milling and processing plants;
- Alligrator equipment manufacturing and spare parts replacement plants;
- Teaching, training, qualification and accreditation services;
- Glass and waste recycling plants;
- Toxic waste and chemical treatment plants;
- Biosecurity services (such a channelopathy and diagnostic services);
- Pharmaceutical and wellness ingredient manufacturing; and
- The development of fuel and bio-energy opportunities.
